WE WILL PROVIDE:

• A chocolate fountain with Belgian milk chocolate for a reduced hire price (up to 50% off the hire price)
• Skewers and napkins for serving
• Set up and cleaning
• We can provide a wind/sneeze guard for all outside events.
• Free delivery within Geelong CBD

WE CAN PROVIDE:

• We can provide strawberries and confectionery if needed, however this would affect your total profit, as we need to cover costs.
• We can also provide a Chocolatier to assist in serving and preparing. This would also alter the profit of your fundraising.

YOU WILL NEED:

• To advertise your fundraising to make the chocolate fountain work for you! Send out flyers to your target audience, with a set price and a description of why you need their help. This is particularly useful at schools.
• Approach fruit shops, local confectionery stores, corner shops, supermarkets to donate strawberries and marshmallows. You will need 2 strawberries & 2 marshmallows for every skewer. (there are approx. 45 strawberries in every kilo, and 100 marshmallows in every kilo). The more fruit donated, the more you can sell.
• Get volunteers to serve your customers. More volunteers means faster service, and means you will sell more.
• The day of the event you will need to set up a sturdy table with access to a standard power socket. A tablecloth may be handy, as would a rubbish bin.

FUNDRAISING:

Thread 2 strawberries and 2 marshmallows onto each skewer. It is up to you to decide how much you want to sell them for. Remember, if they are cheap people are more llikely to come back for more. If time is limited it is best to serve them at a decent price. Below is a guide:

300 sales @ $2.50 each: $750 (minus fountain hire)

300 sales @ $3 each: $900 (minus fountain hire)

300 sales @ $4 each: $1,200 (minus fountain hire)
